No-Bake Coconut Cookies
These no-bake coconut cookies are quick and easy to throw together, they are refined sugar-free, and they are absolutely delicious!
The thought for this recipe actually came ane twenty-four hour period when I was making a batch of Coconut-Lime Crevice Confined. I had some of the yummy coconut mixture leftover {the same one I employ in these Almond Joy Bites and these Coconut Blimp Strawberries} and merely grabbed some things from my pantry to add in. You can add together whatsoever kind of nuts or dried fruit, they take less than 10 minutes to make, and they take go a favorite treat/snack effectually my house.

No-Bake Coconut Cookies
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- i tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ loving cup of your favorite mix-ins {basics, dried cranberries, dark chocolate}
- Mix together melted kokosnoot oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine with coconut and salt in a stand mixer or nutrient processor and mix well.
- Stir in your favorite mix-ins. Nosotros honey walnuts, dried cranberries, and nighttime chocolate chunks.
- Scoop out the coconut mixture with a tablespoon and so drop onto a plate lined with parchment paper.
